This nicely upgraded Terrace townhome has finally closed escrow for $490,000 – just about $10,000 under the asking price. It’s plan 2 which was on the market about a year ago. It does have granite, wood floors, custom paint, etc. We’ll see how they do – since they’re under $500,000 no reason to think that it won’t sell. I think it does look superior to the other model match that also hit the market today at the Terraces. A nice string of strong sales lately at the Terraces. Congratulations to the new owner!
