2608 Escala Circle  – Terraces Plan 2 (Floor Plan) – Pending Full Details:  Click Here This Terraces plan 2, staged and with new photos taken, is now finally in escrow.  This model offers an entry level office/optional bedroom, separate living and dining rooms on the main level, and 2 master suites on the top floor.  This particular home has been upgraded with some tile and laminate flooring, granite counters, and ceiling fans.  The price does seem a bit high on this one given the finishes and the need to add some missing appliances, but we’ll see how it does.  I’ll post again once this closes escrow.
