This Verandas clean and bright plan 2 has come down $10,000 after having bumped up the asking price by another $10,000 to $540,000 right after hitting the market. Wood floors on the main level, and solid surface countertops in the kitchen. Not a lot in terms of upgrades, but the price isn’t bad (still) as it’s about $15,000 less than some of the other model matches that are for sale right now. In this market where it’s both a price war and a beauty contest, I think this one seems to be the most sensible and would expect it to sell more quickly than the competition. We’ll see if the bump scares anyone off – looks like it did, so now back to the original asking price.
