After a short escrow this Bungalows plan 3 has closed escrow for $5,000 over the asking price. This one probably looks familiar – it was on the market earlier this year but was lost to foreclosure… At this rate all of the plan 3s in the Bungalows will change hands in a few months… Now a traditional sale with new floor, paint, the usual for a flipper. This one does have a patio yard but based on the location in the community has one of the smaller ones. Great condition this time around. Asking slightly less than the other one that hit the market, and I’d think that makes sense based on the lot locations of the two units. Congratulations to the new owner!
