This Courtyards plan 1 has accepted an offer contingent upon selling another property, so while technically still available, there is a buyer in place if they can sell their current home. Somewhat of a more contemporary decor than most homes which are more traditional or Tuscan in style. Granite countertops and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Prices continue their upward trend in the Courtyards, and the homes have been selling quickly at least in terms of plan 2s and 3s so we’ll see how this one fares this time around.
