Another reduction but still a ways to go… this is the largest model in the Bungalows, but still priced over $30,000 to 60,000 now more than the most recent model match sale. Wood flooring on the main level, but tile countertops in the kitchen and nothing terribly remarkable otherwise in terms of upgrades, I think this is likely to be a tall task to sell without a reduction.
