This Courtyards plan 1 has been finally gone into escrow just shy of 3 months on the market. Based on the success of the last one, expect this one to move quickly as well if they’re somewhat flexible on the price. Some upgrades like granite in the kitchen, marble in the bathrooms. This one is also situated in a location with a view corridor. Not a bad price either as it’s still under $500,000 for a 2 bedroom + den or optional 3rd bedroom. I’ll post again once it closes. Anything closer to the low $400,000s would be a victory for the buyer.
