After another reduction this Terraces plan 2 with some nice upgrades is finally in escrow. Huge price range still from $499,995 to $529,995 to hard to know what the seller is really expecting on this one. Anything over $500,000 would be setting a new segment in the market for this floor plan as all recent sales have been in the $400,000s. Do they have a chance? Wood floors, granite countertops, newer paint, stainless appliances, upgraded bathroom tile… Maybe, but getting a price notable above $500,000 feels like an uphill battle. We’ll see if the extra reduction helps. I’ll post again once it closes.
