This Terraces plan 2 with some nice upgrades has finally closed escrow for $590,000 – $25,000 less than the asking price. Wood floors, granite countertops, upgraded lighting fixtures, wallpaper, stainless appliances, upgraded bathroom tile surrounds and solid-surface bathroom countertops. A standout compared to most. The price is now better in-line with recent Terraces plan 2 sales, although the unit could use new carpet and some of the paint should be touched-up. We’ll see how quickly it goes back into escrow this time, even with a higher asking price than before. Took just under a month this time around. I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
