Less than a week on the market and this Villas plan 1 listing is now in escrow. Priced like the other most recent sales have been at $539,000, but aside from some pavers in the patio yard, no upgrades to speak of. Lots of carpet, and tile countertops, a true test for the Villas market to see what today’s buyers will be willing to look past in order to buy at the same price point that others have paid but for units with more upgrades. We’ll see how they do. I’ll post again once it closes.
