I suppose I’m eating my words as just a few days after a small price reduction this Verandas plan 2 listing is now in escrow. You might have to ignore the furnishings and clutter, but a lot of nice upgrades on this one like travertine, granite, stainless appliances, etc. An interesting sheers treatment adds a bit more privacy from the 3rd floor master bedroom loft. I’d expect this one will move more quickly than the competition based on the price and condition, but just a little slower thanks to the price increase. Still very low inventory in the community so maybe it’ll have better luck this time with the reduction. I’ll post again once it closes.
