After less than a week on the market, this plan 1 listing at the Verandas is in escrow – that was quick. Upgraded wood floors on the main level, and a nice kitchen with granite countertops. Price is a bit aggressive for the plan 1 which lacks the den/office/3rd bedroom space. Litigation continues at the Verandas as well, so we’ll see how they do. I’ll post again once it closes.
