This Verandas plan 1 is now in escrow after just about a week on the market. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinetry and backsplash in the kitchen. Some nice upgrades like granite and tile in the master bathroom as well. A bit odd to see carpet in the living and dining areas. Priced a little bit on the high side of things for a plan 1, but the upgrades and scarcity in the market should help. I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
