Less than a week on the market and this nicely upgraded Verandas plan 2 is now in escrow. This floor plan features 2 bedrooms with an optional 3 bedroom/den/dining room, and 2.5 baths, and of course a 2-car garage. Nice wood flooring, and one of the only models you’ll see with an optional upgraded railing up to the master bedroom level for a nice touch of class vs. just a drywall staircase.
