New Verandas plan 1 listing now on the market – feels like a complete reach on the price though – not sure how an argument could be made fot his one to be in the $700,000s at the high end of the range let alone the low end of the range at $649,000. A few more modern upgrades than most such as glass closet doors, and some custom paint and window treatments. With a nice presentation, some wood floors, granite countertops, I think people will take a look at it, but I’ll be shocked if it sells within the current price range.
