Not long after a price reduction, this Verandas plan 1 is finally in escrow. I still think it’s asking too mcuh given the comparable sales, but at least it’s heading in the right direction. A few more modern upgrades than most such as glass closet doors, and some custom paint and window treatments. With a nice presentation, some wood floors, granite countertops, I think people will take a look at it, but I’ll still be shocked if it sells within the current price range. I’ll post again once it closes.
