Not too long after a nice reduction over at the Bungalows, this one is now in escrow. This plan 2 is a two-story plan with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a coveted patio yard which backs on the hill in the back of the community for privacy. Extremely light on the upgrades – lots of carpet, white tile countertops, white appliances, white paint, etc. It’ll be interesting to see if the patio yard is enough of a bonus to get someone to pull the trigger on a 2 bedroom that needs so many upgrades to compete with the rest of the market. Price isn’t bad – it is notably lower than the asking price for the plan 3s for sale especially now. I’ll post again once it closes.
