After about 45 days on the market, this Courtyards plan 1 is now in escrow following a reduction to get under $500,000. I had previously said they should have started below $500,000 so now I’d expect it to move. Some wood floors amongst the upgrades, but with no kitchen nor bathroom photos provided, I can’t imagine many more upgrades than that. Interesting to see a little flurry of activity at the Courtyards on this particular floor plan. I’ll post again once it closes.
