This Courtyards plan 1 has now reduced again to a fixed price just under $500,000. I had previously said they should have started below $500,000 so now I’d expect it to move. Some wood floors amongst the upgrades, but with no kitchen nor bathroom photos provided, I can’t imagine many more upgrades than that. Interesting to see a little flurry of activity at the Courtyards on this particular floor plan.
