This plan 1 at the Bungalows has closed escrow near the top of the price range for $559,000. While this is the smallest floor plan in all of Escala at 1080 sq ft, it’s still one of the more popular floor plans in the community with all of the living space on one-level, just 1 flight of stairs up from the 1-car garage below. This one is pretty well upgraded with wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and an interesting brick veneer backsplash in the kitchen. The price is on the higher side for a plan 1, but being below $600,000 and with the scarcity for units in the Bungalows, no reason to expect this one will last long on the market either – which it didn’t.
