This Verandas listing has been reduced a bit and is starting to come back to earth. It might look familiar if you’re been watching the market as it sold earlier this year. Since the sale upgrades have been made in the kitchen to appliances, flooring, paint, and bathrooms and now it’s back up for sale again.
