This short-sale listing at the Verandas for this plan 1 has been reduced by $25,000 to $440,000. Price seems to be a little high for a short-sale, but since this one is only “short” for the 2nd lienholder, the owner is looking for a price to pay off the 1st lienholder in full. Light on kitchen and flooring upgrades, it’ll be interesting to see what it sells for, but I do think it’s close to attracting a buyer now.
