This Courtyards plan 1 has finally closed escrow for just $4,000 under the asking price at $475,000. Pretty impressive being that it took two months on the market to move. A little light on the upgrades with tile counters in the kitchen and lots of carpet. Price isn’t bad though, so we’ll see how the market reacts. I would have expected this one to sell closer to the mid $400,000s but looks like I was wrong. Congratulations to the new owner! The last several sales in the community have all been very close to asking – the Courtyards remain hot!
