This Bridges plan 2 has received multiple offers and has raised the price to see where negotations will go. It’s for sale again after not selling about 2 years ago, but now back up for sale refreshed with upgrded flooring, coutnertops, and painted cabinetry. This plan 2 does offer 3 true bedrooms, although smaller kitchen compared to a plan 1. As of this posting it’s the only one of two listings at Escala for under $600,000.
