This Bridges listing has at least temporarily been taken off the market. This plan 2 does offer 3 true bedrooms. It doesn’t offer much more than that as it’s about as original and lacking upgrades as could be. A sea of carpet, title countertops in the kitchen, linoleum flooring, and white appliances. This is a rental property looking to push the market at $479,000 and I just don’t think it has a chance at all in this market with buyers wanting granite countertops, wood floors, and stainless steel appliances. I’ll post again once it reduces closer to reality on price and/or is back on the market. Definitely needs to be under $450,000 to sell.
