After about 90 days on the market, this nicely upgraded Verandas Plan 2 has expired on the MLS. Distressed hardwood floors, brick accent wall on the staircase, and newer carpet. This one could use a bit of work in the kitchen and baths with tile counters. One of the more popular floor plans in the community as the dining room could be enclosed easily and used as a den/office or a 3rd bedroom. We’ll see if the small price reduction makes any sort of substantive difference other than to alert people doing searches of a price reduction. I assume it’ll be right back on later today to refresh the time on the market, but we’ll see, maybe a change of pace altogether.
