This nicely upgraded Verandas Plan 2 has been at least temporarily withdrawn from the market. Distressed hardwood floors, brick accent wall on the staircase, and newer carpet. This one could use a bit of work in the kitchen and baths with tile counters. One of the more popular floor plans in the community as the dining room could be enclosed easily and used as a den/office or a 3rd bedroom. We’ll see if the recent small price reduction makes any sort of substantive difference other than to alert people doing searches of a price reduction. I’ll post again once it’s back up for sale.
