Cancelled listing at the Bridges for this nicely upgraded plan 2 – maybe a change of heart? It was notably overpriced though, probably by about 10%. New counters, floors, etc, but it’s just a hard sell when most Bridges plan 1s and 2s have sold for less than $430,000. I’ll post again if it comes back on the market.
