This Bridges plan 1 listing has finally after month on the market gone into escrow. This particular unit has some upgraded tile on the main level but not much beyond that in the way of upgrades. It is somewhat of an end unit so a bit more view than some others. Based on the lack of upgrades and the price, it’ll be interesting to see if someone jumps on it now because it’s clean and available, or if it sits because there’s not a lot in the way of upgrades and the price is still too high. We’ll see what it ultimately sells for. I’ll post again once it closes.
