This Verandas plan 2 is now back in escrow just a few days after falling out of another escrow… Great upgrades with marble and other stone finishes. Upgraded to the max, it’ll be interesting to see if a new price plateau for a plan 2 can be set, but it sure feels like a big reach at this price, although the reduction certainly helps get it closer to the most recent model-match sales. We’ll see how long it takes to get back into escrow – not very long – I’ll post again once it closes.
