A bit of a shocker for sure – after multiple offers this Bridges plan 1 has closed escrow for $12,000 above the asking price at $451,000. It’s the smallest of the Bridges floor plans with 2 bedrooms and no 3rd bedroom or den, but it does have a larger living space and kitchen than the plan 2. About as original and lacking upgrades as one built, other than the fireplace and stainless steel appliances, nothing was spent at the design center with the builder.
