Just a few days after a small reduction at the Bridges, this plan 2 listing is now in escrow. Some nice upgrades like some wood flooring and new paint and carpet, granite in the kitchen and baths, and stainless steel appliances. Not the least expensive game in town at the Bridges, but not a bad price either based on the condition. Inventory at the Bridges and Terraces slowly building up while most of the rest of Escala remains pretty quiet. We’ll see if getting under $450,000 spurs on a sale. I’ll post again once it closes.
