This Bridges plan 2 is now in escrow after less than a week on the makret. It’s for sale after some recent upgrades include quartz counters inthe kitchen, stainless appliances, and tile flooring on the main level. This plan 2 does offer 3 true bedrooms, although a smaller kitchen compared to a plan 1. As of this posting it’s the only the 2nd listing at Escala for under $600,000. If this lasts more than a few weeks it would be very surprising, hard to find get into Escala for less, not to mention when the inventory is tight. I’ll post again once it closes.
