This Bungalows plan 1 which was on the market last year without selling is now back in escrow after just about a week on the market. Wood floors, wood blinds and arched doorways are some of the upgrades. This one isn’t as updated as the competition, but is in a quiet location in the center of the community. Based on the lower price, I’d expect this one to get just as much attention as the other model match which is asking just a bit more. Timing is everything and I think probably a better time to be selling now than last year. I’ll post again once it closes.
