This Courtyards plan 1 has been put back on the market, this time as an auction property with the starting bid at $420,000. I’m sure they’ll entertain offers before that though. It’s an interesting tactic but admittedly I don’t think this is really likely to move the property vs. a straight up no-nonsense price reduction would. Some nice contemporary paint colors, and a floor plan that does offer a den that could be used as a 3rd bedroom. A bit wide of a price range, most recent comps have been in the mid $400,000s. Master bedroom is private on the 3rd level of the unit. We’ll see how they do this time around – auction is set for November 2nd.
