This Courtyards plan 1 had tried the auction route which failed. The price has been increased back up to $475,000. Some nice contemporary paint colors, and a floor plan that does offer a den that could be used as a 3rd bedroom. A bit high on price, most recent comps have been in the mid $400,000s. Master bedroom is private on the 3rd level of the unit. We’ll see how they do this time around – I think without the gimmick of the auction they’ll actually do better.
