After about 2 months on the market, a reduction of about $10,000. This is a Bungalows plan 3 asking a bit of a premium compared to the last few model match sales. Wood flooring on the main level, but tile countertops in the kitchen and nothing terribly remarkable otherwise in terms of upgrades.
