No movement yet on this plan 1 at the Bridges so the listing has been cancelled. We’ll see if it’s just a reset of the market time, a break for the holidays, or otherwise. Some upgrades like wood floors and tile floors, as well as stainless steel appliances. Also some upgrades lacking such as tile countertops. Nice paint and nicely decorated. I think the price on this one is pushing it, right now it’s one of several for sale at the Bridges. Expect this one to move closer to the low $400,000s versus mid $400,000s. I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.
