Very impressive movement – after about a week on the market, this Verandas plan 1 with lots of upgrades from flooring, the kitchen, baths, paint, etc is now in escrow. It’s the smallest plan in the Verandas, but still over 1500 sq ft. One potential hurdle for this one is that it’s one of the few homes in the entire Escala community with a tandem 2-car parking garage, so a show-stopper for some. Priced a bit high but I’m sure based on the upgrades, we’ll see how it does as the first re-sale on the market in the Verandas in 2015. I’ll post again once it closes.
