This Courtyards Plan 1 is now in escrow after about 2 weeks on the market. It has been refurbished with some nice upgrades the flooring, countertops, kitchen, and baths. This 3-story plan has a 2-car garage and the top floor is just for the master bedroom and bath. For a plan 1 maybe not a bad asking price given the low inventory and the appeal of working directly with a bank vs. the pains of a short-sale.
