Just a coupe of days on the market and this Bungalows plan 3 flip is now in escrow. This one probably looks familiar – it was on the market earlier this year but was lost to foreclosure… At this rate all of the plan 3s in the Bungalows will change hands in a few months… Now a traditional sale with new floor, paint, the usual for a flipper. This one does have a patio yard but based on the location in the community has one of the smaller ones. Great condition this time around. Asking slightly less than the other one that hit the market, and I’d think that makes sense based on the lot locations of the two units. We’ll see how they do. I’ll post again once it closes.
