This Bridges plan 2 is back on the market just a couple of days after going into escrow. Least expensive townhome still for sale in all of Escala. This plan has a bedroom/den on the main level, with 2 bedrooms on the top floor. About as basic as it gets in terms of upgrades or lack thereof… Lots of carpet, tile countertops, nothing fancy here, but at least the price is in a range for a buyer to come in and make some changes and not exceed the $500,000 threshold. With the usual appetite for granite countertops, stainless appliances, and wood floors, I think this one will still probably take some time to sell even with the new price. We’ll see if they can find a replacement buyer quickly.
