This plan 2 listing at the Bridges has finally closed escrow right in the middle of the asking price range at $460,000. Some modest upgrades like granite countertops in the kitchen and tile flooring on the main level. It was a pretty wide asking price range from $439,000 to $479,000 – I think the high end of that price range is just for show and can’t imagine a buyer going that high given the past sales in the market and it didn’t. Interesting to see a bit more movement in the Bridges as we approach the holidays. Congratulations to the new owner!
