This Bungalows plan 2 sold right in the middle of the asking price range for $520,000. A few less upgrades on this one than the competition and located by the entry to the community. This home has some nice wood floors on the entry level, but still the original white tile countertops and white appliances in the kitchen. It does however have the always in-demand patio yard. It’ll be interesting to see how this one does with a more upgraded model-match available around the corner right in the middle of the asking price range. Looks like the location made the difference.
