This Bridges plan 1 listing has been reduced again by another $5,000 this time to try to drum up some more interest. This particular unit has some upgraded tile on the main level but not much beyond that in the way of upgrades. It is somewhat of an end unit so a bit more view than some others. Based on the lack of upgrades and the price, it’ll be interesting to see if someone jumps on it now because it’s clean and available, or if it sits because there’s not a lot in the way of upgrades and the price is still too high – maybe better off next time to reduce further than just $5,000.
