This Bridges plan 2 listing has closed escrow for $5,000 over the asking price at $467,500. One of the nicer floor plans for roommates as there are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Some upgrades like a gas fireplace and laminate flooring and ceiling fans, but still the original white tile countertops in the kitchen. With limited inventory, not a bad asking price either.
