After about 8 weeks weeks on the market this plan 2 listing at the Verandas has been at least temporarilly taken off the market. This residence has been upgraded with new flooring, quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and is ready for the next buyer. Turnkey units have been selling a lot more quickly than those that aren’t, even at higher prices, so expect this one to have a much better chance of selling than the competition.
