This stunning New York style unit for sale at the Terraces which was on the market in 2016 is now in escrow again about a week after a recent price reudction. This is the largest model in the community, the plan 3. Dark shutters, wood floors, granite countertops, upgraded bath rooms, stainless and higher-end appliances – this one is loaded. Premium price for the Terraces, but certainly a premium product compared to the usual. We’ll see how the market reacts to a unit at this price point without the coveted patio yard, but I think they’ve got a chance to set a new recent high for the Terraces.
