After about a month on the market at the Villas, this tastefully upgraded “end unit” so to speak that backs onto the hill for more privacy has been reduced. This plan 2 has 3 bedrooms on the top level, with living spaces on the middle level and garage below. Nice tile flooring and granite countertops. The kitchen has upgraded stainless appliances. Plantation shutters, ceiling fans, and crown molding. Only potential hiccup might be the price as it’s listed higher than the most recent model match sales. We’ll see how the market responds but I don’t think there’s any chance this one goes near the high end of the range… (even still after the reduction)
