This plan 1 listing at the Villas has been cancelled on the MLS after a few months on the market without any takers. This detached model sits on Villas Way itself vs. in a cul-de-sac so a bit more privacy than some, and it does have a small patio yard. Some moderate but tasteful upgrades such as upgraded tile countertops in the kitchen, stainless appliances, upgraded lighting, some upgraded tile, ceiling fans and custom paint. Price isn’t bad at all based on the most recent comparable sales, but still no takers. I’ll post again when it comes back on the market.
